Proposed Constitutional Changes

The 2020 Board of Directors of Players is proposing 16 amendments to our Constitution.

 

These proposed amendments are being shared with all Members now and will be voted on prior to our 2020 Annual General Meeting by current Voting Members. Each amendment will be voted on individually, leading to the ratification or rejection of the proposed amendments. 

Some of the amendments are minor or moderate in nature and are typically small clarifications or housekeeping in nature.

Some of the amendments are more significant in nature. For example, the revision of two of our guiding principals; revision of some rules and procedures for the Board to remove barriers to entry; and added clarity for how the Board choose charities.
